Cancellations
To best serve customers of Wedding Depot, orders
go into production immediately upon a customer
submitting the order. For this reason, most
orders cannot be cancelled once the order has
been placed. Please see below to see if your
order qualifies for cancellation.
Items or orders that can NOT be cancelled
- Personalized in any way - items that are
imprinted, engraved, embroidered, etc. cannot
be canceled once the order has been submitted
to us.
- Special Order Items - items that are special-ordered
from our supplier and not regularly stocked
cannot be canceled once the order has been
submitted to us.
Items or orders that may be can be cancelled
prior to an order reaching processing &
shipping
- Orders or items that have not yet shipped
and do not contain any of the above disqualified
items.
- Orders or items that are back-ordered and
not available for shipping.
- Requests for any cancellation are not in
effect until confirmed by Wedding Depot
