When will my order ship?
To determine the estimated shipping time of your order, simply refer to the item descriptions of the items on your order.  Each item lists an estimated processing time that is required prior to shipping.  If your order contains items with several processing times, the order is shipped when all items are completed.  For example, if you have an item that requires 3-5 days and another item that requires 12-14 days, the order will ship when the item is completed at the end of the 14 days.  Processing times are listed in "business days" which do not include weekends.

How To Order
Wedding Depot provides an efficient ordering system online.  To complete a purchase of something you see online, simply use the "add to cart" button to begin the process.  You can add as many items to the cart as you like.  Once finished adding items, use the "checkout" link in the upper-right of the page.  This will begin the process of providing your customer information, shipping information, and payment information.  If you need assistance during the process, please contact us and we'll be happy to step you through it.

Payment Types
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Payment for the purchase of products from WeddingDepot.com has been arranged by offering you the security and convenience of paying online with your credit or check card. This security will be visible on the screen where you enter your payment information. You will see that the "http" in the web address has changed to "https". The "s" stands for SSL - secured socket layer. Your browser may also show a padlock in this mode.

Cancellations of Orders
To provide customers with quicker delivery, most orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders if they have already begun processing.  Personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.  Any special-order items also cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.  If items have been back-ordered and have not begun production, those items can be cancelled.
