Staying updated on your order is easy, but we remind customers to check their SPAM filters and folders that may have caught update emails sent by our system or emails we have sent to you with any order questions.
Order Status
The status of your order can always be checked 24 hours per day in the My Account / Order History portion of the website. Simply log in (upper right corner of screen) and use the Order History section of your account to see the status of your order.
Orders generally go through three stages
- We receive the order
- Processing of the order - check your item descriptions for length of processing time
- Shipping of the order
If your order is in the "processing" stage and has not yet shipped, you can review the processing time by visiting the item descriptions of the items you ordered. Each item lists a projected processing time before the order ships. If an order has has items with several different processing times, the order ships when all items have been completed for shipping. Processing times are in "business days" which do not include weekends.
If your order has shipped, you were sent at least one email notice indicating so. If you selected UPS for your shipping service, you also were sent an email from UPS that contains all your tracking information.
If you have not received "shipped" emails, they are most likely caught in your SPAM or JUNK folders.
