Order
Status
The
status of your order may be checked in the My
Account / Order History portion of the website.
Simply log in (upper right corner of screen)
and you'll be able to see the status of your
order. Orders go through 3 stages - receipt,
processing, and shipped. Receipt indicates we
received the order. Processing indicates we
are preparing items to ship or we are waiting
for items - such as personalized items - to
arrive to us (usually indicated to you by email).
Shipped simply lets you know the order has left
our location. If you selected a shipping service
with tracking, you will be emailed tracking
from the shipping company upon the order shipping.
Payment
- Payment
Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
& American Express. Payment for the purchase
of products from WeddingDepot.com has been
arranged by offering you the security and
convenience of paying online with your credit
or check card. This security will be visible
on the screen where you enter your payment
information. You will see that the "http"
in the web address has changed to "https".
The "s" stands for SSL - secured
socket layer. Your browser may also show a
padlock in the lower corner.
- Money
Order - For those who prefer using mail-order,
we offer you a payment option of Money Order.
Simply complete the order as normal and select
Money Order when you reach the payment screen.
You will receive an email confirmation with
additional details about mailing payment.
We must have a copy of your order to match
up your payment. No orders being paid by Money
Order will begin processing before payment
is received. This includes any special order
and personalized items. Those items will not
begin production until payment is received,
so please do not think those are in production
while you are sending payment.
Catalogs
We
occasionally have customers, vendors, or retailers
request printed catalogs. Because our company
emphasizes the use of the digital marketplace,
we do not produce printed catalogs for distribution.
We invite you to check our site regularly for
updates on products as we continue to add new
products to our collection.
Cancellations
of Orders
Most
orders begin processing immediately after they
are placed. Because of this, we are unable to
cancel orders for any reason other than the
items on the order that may be back-ordered
resulting in their inability to be quickly shipped.

All
prices on weddingdepot.com are in U.S. Dollars.
