Order
Status
The
status of your order may be checked within your account. Simply
log in (upper right corner of screen) and you'll be able to
see the status of your order. Orders go through 3 stages -
receipt, processing, and shipped. Receipt indicates we received
the order. Processing indicates we are preparing items to
ship or we are waiting for items - such as personalized items
- to arrive to us (usually indicated to you by email). Shipped
simply lets you know the order has left our location. Please
use your account for order status checking.
Placing
Your First Order
Ordering is easy. Simply browse to the items you wish
to purchase and place them in your shopping cart by clicking
the "in cart" button. Click "cart contents"
at any time to view your shopping cart. If you wish to change
quantities, you can do so on the shopping cart contents page.
Change the number next to the product and click "update".
Continue shopping until you are done selecting products. To
end your shopping session, click "checkout" in the
upper-right corner of the screen. At this time, you'll create
an account. This simply stores your billing address and contact
information. Complete this process and you'll then be stepped
through the rest of the checkout process including the entry
of payment and shipping information. To view your order history
or order status, simply revisit the website and log into your
account. It's easy!

Payment
for the purchase of products from weddingdepot.com
has been arranged by offering you the security
and convenience of paying on-line with your
credit or check card. Our system encrypts your
information for the transfer of your order.
We realize that some people are still sensitive
about sending their credit card information
on-line, but with all card verifications that
take place even in your local area retail stores,
there are on-line communications. It is part
of using telecommunications and commerce. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American
Express. When weddingdepot.com accepts your
credit card order, your information is encrypted
so it travels in a form that is not recognizable.
It is only once it is decoded that the information
is usable. In any event you should ever suspect
your credit card information has been used (on
or off the Internet) without your authorization,
notify your credit card company immediately.
As long as your notification is received by
your credit card company within the time specified
in their procedural policies, your liability
should only be $50 and many times the $50 is
even waived.
Coupon
or Discount Codes
These are special offers that are redeemed by
entering a specific code during the checkout
process. These codes may be in advertisements,
promotional mailings, or posted no our website.
Only one code can be used per order. Once a
code is entered and the order does qualify,
the promotional offer will be reflected in the
shopping cart.
Catalogs
We
occasionally have customers, vendors, or retailers request printed catalogs.
Because our company emphasizes the use of the digital marketplace, we
do not produce printed catalogs for distribution. We invite you to check
our site regularly for updates on products as we continue to add new products
to our collection.
Cancellations
of Orders
Most
orders begin processing immediately after they
are placed. Because of this, we are unable to
cancel orders for any reason other than the
items on the order becoming back-ordered leaving
them unavailable for shipping.
