Does your order contain personalized items or special order items?

If your order does, your items will have a production time listed in the item descriptions. Simply visit those item pages to see what the production times are. Production times are usually quoted in "business days" which does NOT include weekends. Production times are approximations and subject to the schedules of our suppliers. If several items are on the order, the longest production time is the one used to determine when the order will be shipped.

Orders that do not include personalized or special order items usually ship within 2 business days unless there are back-order or payment issues with the order. Those details will be emailed and posted in your account where you can view them by using the order status feature of our website.
