Q:  What is the status of my order?
A:  The status of your order can always be checked 24 hours per day in the My Account / Order History portion of the website. Simply log in (upper right corner of screen) and use the Order History section of your account to see the status of your order.

Orders generally go through three stages

  • We receive the order
  • Processing of the order - check your item descriptions for length of processing time
  • Shipping of the order

If your order is in the "processing" stage and has not yet shipped, you can review the processing time by visiting the item descriptions of the items you ordered.  While in processing, we will not have any additional information about the order until it ships.


Q:  When will my order ship?
A: This can be answered in the product descriptions for the products on your order.  Each product description includes an estimated processing time in "business days" which do not include weekends.  If your order includes products with several different production times, the order ships when all items have been completed.


Q:  How long does my order take to arrive?
A:  Time in transit depends on the service you ordered.   We offer US Mail services, UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight services.  Most US Mail shipments arrive within 10 business days after the ship date.  Most UPS Ground orders arrive within 6 days (many of which arrrive in 2-3 days). 


Q: Tracking - can I track my order?
A:  Yes, you can order tracking during the checkout by using UPS services only.  If you selected a UPS service, you are emailed tracking information at the end of the day that your order ships on.  If you have not received tracking info, please check  your JUNK and SPAM folders for the email from UPS.


Q:  Do you ship outside the United States?
A:  Yes, we do.  We currently service the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.  We are happy to try to accommodate other countries as well if you contact us.


Q:  Which payment methods do you accept?
A:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover


Q:  Which order do monogrammed letters go in?
A:  We do not alter your entered information for a monogram, so the letters should be entered exactly as they will be engraved or embroidered.  Here is a guildeline:

  • Monogram for one person: the letters should be entered in the order of:  first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. 
  • Monogram for two people:  this format varies, so you have your choice on the one you prefer since we don't alter the letters at all.  Usually, a monogram for two people, the letters are entered as follows:  bride's first name initial, the new last name initial, groom's first name initial..  The new last name initial always goes in the middle (and is larger).  You can enter the other letters in the order of your choice and they will be engraved/embroidered as they are entered. 


Q:  Where do you ship from?
A:  Most orders from Wedding Depot ship from Franklin, Tennessee 37064.  Some orders may have packages arriving to you from alternate distribution centers.
