Orders:
Question: When will my order will ship?
Answer: Each of your items had a posted production time just above
the "add to shopping cart" button when you placed your order.
This information was also listed in your shopping cart, at the order submit
button, and is now posted in your order's information in your Order History.
The longest one of these determines when the order will ship because all
items ship together.

"Business Days" do not include holidays or weekends. You can
see these production times for all your items in your order by logging
into your account and viewing your Order History.
LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT
REMINDER: As noted in the checkout, the selection
of any expedited UPS services only shortens
the time UPS has your package. It does not shorten
the processing time of the order.
Tracking:
First, log into your account to ensure your
order has shipped. All orders are emailed tracking
or delivery confirmation numbers. If you did
not receive it, your ISP most likely filtered
it to another folder other than your inbox.
If you have a free service like AOL, Hotmail,
MSN, Gmail, etc., it is very likely it was kicked
to your junk/spam folder.
If you ordered UPS, you will receive a tracking
number from UPS. If you ordered USPS, you will
receive a delivery confirmation number from
our system. To determine which service you ordered,
view your order details in your account / Order
History.
